What is a Discovery Consultation? +
Every engagement starts here. In 30 minutes ($100), you get a tailored course outline and training strategy built for your team. Extend to a full hour ($150) and we add a full tech and environment evaluation — accounts, licenses, firewalls, tenant settings — so nothing surfaces mid-session. It's a working session with deliverables, not a sales call, and it's what makes 100% of your training time about learning instead of troubleshooting.
Do you offer on-site delivery? +
Yes. While we specialize in high-engagement remote delivery to eliminate "Zoom fatigue", we are available for on-site corporate training globally for enterprise bootcamps and executive briefings.
Can you build custom curriculums? +
Absolutely. While we offer a growing catalog of courses, we frequently combine or adapt them based on the specific operational workflows and use cases of your organization.
What are the prerequisites for attendees? +
We structure our courses in three lanes: Foundation, Builder, and Architect. Foundation courses require zero prior knowledge. Builder and Architect courses require baseline technical skills or completion of our Foundation modules.
How is pricing structured? +
Pricing is a simple per-participant, per-hour rate: $175/hr online or $225/hr onsite, multiplied by the course's actual session length and your participant count — use the live calculator on any course page for an exact estimate. Every engagement starts with a Discovery Consultation ($100 for 30 minutes, $150 for a full hour), which scopes your team's setup and produces your course outline before anything gets scheduled. Select courses also offer an Express format at roughly half the standard session length, priced at a premium to reflect the faster-paced delivery — not a discount. Groups under 5 participants are scoped individually as a custom quote.
What do we actually walk away with? +
Every engagement includes a slide deck and workbook your team keeps. Engagements can also be upgraded to include a 30-60-90 action plan and a curated resource list, so adoption continues well after the session ends.
